As part of our supply and fit package, you can rely on us to provide the following: 1) A FREE home visit where a member of our friendly and highly trained staff will a) Advise you on the suitability of the different types of hardwood flooring; b) Measure all areas where flooring is required, paying particular attention to the finishing details; c) Survey the areas for any possible preparation work to the sub-floor. 2) Provide you with a fully comprehensive 'supply and fit' quotations within 24 hours of the visit. 3) On acceptance of the quotation we will arrange the delivery of the materials, a fitting date and estimate of how long the work will take. 4) After the work is completed, we will again visit you for a final inspection. If there is any remedial work required, this will be agreed upon and actioned within 48 hours whenever possible. 5) Only when the job is completed to your satisfaction will the final payment be made. 6) Finally, we promise to respond to any problems you may have in the future within 24 hours.
