Customer Charter
At Turgon we are committed to providing you with not only a floor of outstanding natural beauty but also outstanding customer service that we believe is the best available. As part of our supply and fit package, you can rely on us to provide the following:
1) A FREE home visit where a member of our friendly and highly trained staff will
a) Advise you on the suitability of the different types of hardwood flooring;
b) Measure all areas where flooring is required, paying particular attention to the finishing details;
c) Survey the areas for any possible preparation work to the sub-floor.
2) Provide you with a fully comprehensive 'supply and fit' quotation within 3 working days of the visit.
3) On acceptance of the quotation we will prepare a contract stating which products are to be used and which areas they are to be fitted.
4) On receipt of your signed contract and your 50 % deposit we will contact you to arrange the fitting of your new hardwood floor.
5) You will be contacted again a few days before the fitting date to confirm the details and answer any last minute questions you may have.
6) Our dedicated customer service team are available Monday to Friday, 9am til 5pm to answer any questions however trivial.
7) We will provide you with comprehensive details on how to look after your new hardwood floor.
8) Finally, we promise to respond to any problems you may have in the future within 24 hours.
